Michigan Sen. Slotkin Pretty Impressed With Alaskan Salmon From Sen. Murkowski

We don't like to put words in anyone's mouth.

But if we had to write a caption for this photo of newly minted Michigan Sen. Elissa Slotkin, it would be: "You had me at free salmon."

Slotkin notes on X that she's getting to know her colleagues in the Senate. And she posted this:
