Gardner White Furniture plans to open a three-story, 15,000-square-foot store at 1201 Wooward Ave. in downtown Detroit this Spring.
The shop will be across the street from the Hudson’s Detroit development.
The property on Woodward belongs to Dan Gilbert's Bedrock.
